Carnival Gala in Torremolinos 2017

As every year, the town in Costa del Sol will be filled with costumes, joy and fun during the traditional pasacalles. Due to Cadiz Carnival influence, it will be possible to enjoy the music of many chirigotas during the Carnival Group Contest. This year, we’ll have to wait a bit longer as the Great Carnival Gala will take place on March 25th, with shows of the most celeb artist of the Cadiz Carnival. The festivity will end properly with the “Quema de la sardina”.

In the Spanish city with more skyscrapers, this festivity is for all ages people. For this reason, both children and adults will enjoy their own parade. The one for kids will take place during daytime and will end in the SSMM Plaza. The adult’s ride will end in the very same spot but will be on the evening. We can also enjoy the Carnival Run of Benidorm one more year.

There is some people who says that the island of fire host the oldest carnival in the Canary Islands as it was the first one to be colonized. Whether this is true or not, Lanzarote can presume of being a place where many of its town celebrate Carnival with a lot of attitude. Masquerades, Drag Queen Contests and nonstop fun awaits to those who decide to spend Carnival in Lanzarote.
